Fourth LSE Network Economy Forum: 25 March 2013

Fourth LSE Network Economy Forum: Policies for a sustainable telecommunications and internet sector in Europe

25 March 2013 – London School of Economics

In our fourth (invitation-only) forum, we bring together a small number of well-informed and influential people from many constituencies within the telecoms community to discuss two broad sets of issues:

  • The current state of regulatory economics in Europe and the US
  • Policies for increased economic productivity in Europe

For this event, we are delighted to announce that Prof Christopher Yoo and Prof Johannes Bauer will  join us to lead the debates.

The format of the workshop follows Chatham House Rules, which has already successfully been tried out in our previous events. Our feedback is that the resulting community building is much appreciated and ensures a unique atmosphere for straightforward and honest exchange of opinions among leading opinion makers and scholars. The workshop programme has been distributed exclusively to invitees. As in our previous event, we will publish the summary shortly. In the meantime, check our available reports here and stay tuned to future updates.
