LSE runs staff surveys every few years to check in with staff and to get feedback across all aspects of our working lives and environment. All RCSD staff will be allowed the time to complete the survey, so please speak to your Line Manager to arrange this if you haven’t been able to find the time. For staff that don’t have regular access to a computer, we can arrange for paper copies to be distributed.
Please do take the time to complete it. In order to improve the LSE and the working environment, the School needs to understand what motivates you and what needs to be developed. The survey is open to all LSE-employed staff and we would urge everyone to provide their feedback so that there a complete picture across the School, which includes Residential and Catering Services!
