Congratulations to Sam Charman who leaves the Sales and Marketing team in Residential Services next week to take up a marketing position within LSE’s Student Recruitment team, where he will be busy looking after LSE’s prospectuses, the ‘Study at LSE’ and ‘Life at LSE’ sections of the LSE website and social media, as well as many others ways of engaging with prospective LSE students.

Sam has worked with the Sales and Marketing team as a Marketing Assistant for six years.  When asked to write a few words about his time here he said:

“I’ve seen lots of improvements over the past six years, especially as far as LSE Vacations has been concerned. Our new website and booking process offer a fantastic user experience to our many customers. Our online presence has also grown, with good quality online marketing and a wide use of social media. Its been a privilege to work on these and many other exciting projects (of which there are far too many to mention) with the rest of the sales and marketing team and I know I’m leaving the brand in capable hands for the future.

I’ll certainly miss the friendliness and camaraderie of Residences. It really has been a fulfilling place to be and one that plays an essential role in the student experience.

I’d like to thank everyone for being so supportive over the years and wish you all the best for the future.”
