This term’s first Feel Good Food Day was held in the Fourth Floor Restaurant on Wednesday 23 October.
The Feel Good Food menu offered world cuisine with fewer meat options and more vegetarian alternatives.
It was one in a series of events to raise awareness about the sustainability aspects of our food choices. We’d like to demonstrate that limiting meat in your diet can benefit your health, the environment and animal welfare – and still be very tasty, too.
