LSE Catering were very active during Orientation week.
Staff members were on our Houghton Street stall on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure new students were made aware of the wonderful catering options available to them on Campus. As well as handing out details of our outlets and explaining the benefits of sQuid, they were showing off some of the products on offer by handing out free scrummy food samples including tasty pizzas, chunky soup, fresh fruit and morish sweet and savoury snacks.
A member of the halls catering staff was also present at the street fair to assist with queries and answer students question for the Accommodations Office.

Another good week in the central catering outlets means sales are now 8% ahead of last year.
Yes, a really good start to the year. A particularly big ‘well done’ to the team’s in the George 1V, Café 54 and Staff Dining Room where income was up well above the average – keep up the great work everyone!
