If you find that you’re unable to go to an event that you have booked with us, you need to cancel it so that other students have the opportunity to attend. We usually have very long waiting lists (often in the hundreds for major events!) so it’s important to make sure you give someone else the opportunity to make the most of it.

If you don’t cancel your place for some of our premium events (including LSE Generate and Meet an Alum ones) then you’ll get an automatic ban for a while and miss out on all the great things coming up!

Your CareerHub dashboard allows you to see all of the bookings you have made with us. You must cancel at least 2.5 hours before the event starts, unless otherwise specified, and you can do this through CareerHub very easily. Click on the individual booking, and then click the red cancel button on the booking page (see below):
