We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly organised and pro-active individual to fill a key customer focused role. As part of the Residential Services Office, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining services aimed at supporting students’ in residences owned, managed or run in partnership with LSE, as part of a wider team based in the Saw Swee Hock Student Centre.

The post-holder will be a source of information and advice to students about accommodation and will report to the Residential Services Manager. Our ideal candidate will have experience of delivering good customer service and be able to input information accurately into databases. You must be willing to play an active role in a high performing flexible team to maintain a high level of customer service, in a busy working environment. Above all, we’re looking for someone who relishes working with students and who has the ability to maintain positive working relationships with all our customers.
