We are looking to recruit a pro-active, efficient and friendly Reservations Supervisor who can deliver a first class service in a busy environment. You should have an understanding of all aspects of reservations functions particularly within the hospitality sector. You should be computer literate especially Microsoft packages and have experience of using a Property Management System (preferably Micros Fidelio’s Opera) and an integrated channel manager.

As part of the LSE Vacations team the post holder will be responsible for supporting the Central Reservations Manager with the effective operation of all functions relating to the reservations. You will have demonstrable experience in a customer service environment dealing with people, preferably in the hospitality sector; have an excellent telephone manner; be able to communicate clearly with a keen eye for detail and high standards of accuracy.
