Last week saw Residential Services take part in re-accreditation for the Customer First Standard, to which I am very pleased to say that we were successful!
The assessor congratulated us on the amount of evidence we were able to supply and on the enthusiasm of staff he spoke to over the course of the assessment.
My thanks to everyone who played a part in this and especially to Sarah Jons and the team for their co-ordination. It takes a lot of effort. Well done everyone!
