On Monday 2nd June, LSE Director Craig Calhoun visited Bankside House for dinner as part of the “Chow Down” series of events. The evening was hosted by Bankside Warden, Debra Ogden, who was joined by residents and members of the hall committee. Craig spent the evening chatting with the group to find out more about the student experience in a hall of residence. The evening was concluded with a tour of Bankside and its facilities, to give the Director a real flavour of residential life in LSE’s largest hall.
