Clare Moriarty is IRC Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin. Previously she taught at University College Dublin and King’s College London. She is interested in early modern philosophy broadly, but in particular issues relating to metaphysics and epistemology that arose during this period. Much of her research dovetails with the history and philosophy of mathematics and the evolution of calculus. She is also interested in early modern literature and satire, and has conducted research for the Justice for Magdalenes Research network.
